Ever since Family First Health administer this office is been a PAIN IN THE ____ trying to get/make an appointment. I called yesterday and there were like 8 callers ahead of me. I called at 7:00 AM 7:15 AM 7:30 AM 7:50 AM the next day (Google hours say they open at 7:00 AM) but no one picks up, the call just keep getting disconnected. I tried again at 8:30 AM and there were 3 callers ahead of me and I was on hold for like 20 minutes. Had horribly sore tooth pulled... absolutely no problems. Staff very quick and efficient.
Ever since family first health took over wellspan it's literally like pulling teeth(pun intended) to get ahold of someone. You can't sign in at the kiosk anymore and it takes about 5 or 10 mins to be checked in at the front now because they take walk ins.. there's no portal to use now to message my dentist, everything for us original patients is difficult now. I really wish you guys wouldn't have been bought out because it absolutely sucks. The only reason I'm staying is for my dentist since I've had her for around 5 years, ... read more
