Doctors are good but the office staff is horrible. It takes over 3-4 weeks to refill a prescription. I always have to call to make it happen. Going to switch my prescriptions to my family doctor. Can’t miss taking medication for a month.
Cardiology department does care about there patients concerns just want to give you all kinds of medication with no concerns of the side effects . I have not been able to see a cardiologist since my surgery in October. Keep getting excuse that there calendars are not up.. I was to have a 3 month check up in January when I called they can not make me a appointment at this time because March schedule is not available.. all they care about is operating on you for the money and then giving you all kinds of medication to make the... read more
Ashley was amazing and very friendly. Answered all my questions and didn't talk down to me like most specialists do.
Beginning with my first visit with Dr Pandit on March 21. I never experienced Afib before. From the first time there until now it has been nothing but Excellent. Sara Briggs, the PA, exceptional. After I was given a monitor to wear a month the department followed up with any incident I had. During my sleep would get a text then by 8:30 someone called me checking in. Worst customer service by front desk personal and schedulers. I was treated with disrespect and was referred to another office due to a scheduling issue.
