Wellspace your a Joke u only have 2 doctors and none of them want to see persons in person just phone appointments witch is the stupidest thing ever i dont know why this clinic even exist if all they do is push ppl away and miss treat them. U guys dont help ur patients and then schedule they appointments a month or two just to be seen in person. I hope u guys all get fired and they close these practices. The Sacramento people deserve better.
This place service is garbage lady says to me we open at 8 it’s literally 759 I walk to the door n back to the desk n said ok it’s 8 can I check in. Now now I’m scheduled for 8 but ppl that are schedule for 815 830 are going in before me so I start asking questions like why iam I not being seen for a 8am apt and it’s now 830 and im still not seen ppl that have 820 apt are going before me the excuse is there’s different providers what’s the point making an apt then lol seriously if the doctors not gonna be on time
Downright inhumane
It’s been a few years but I’ve never had worse medical treatment than being at Wellspace. They treat humans like dogs in a kennel and I wish I was exaggerating. This place either needs to be funded much better and treated over by a system overhaul or be entirely defunded and have that money go somewhere that treats clients like human beings.
