No professionalism, no system, an overall a mess.
I just wanna say all the employees here that work at well space my Sutter, hosptial at building five they’re all amazing every single one of them are amazing. They deserve a bonus. They deserve something special they need to be recognized. Thank you. My name is Joan Moss and I just love them all here. They’re very sweet kind and I don’t need to say their name because you know who they are Dr. McGee he’s awesome. He’s the best
I mean this is a human rights violation, anywhere in the civilized world when you need to see a doctor you simply get up & go. The oppression is beyond belief, y'all need to stand up to this injustice. The call center agents are extremely disrespectful too. They I'll hang up if things don't go the way they want. The lack of value for human life is unacceptable. Like I said stand up. No compromises!!!!
I think they may have a generic "there are 10 more callers ahead of you" audio playing on repeat. When I was assigned to them, I called about 2-3 times and each time I ended up disconnecting after about half an hour. I have been trying to find another care provider with the Partnership health insurance but of course these clowns are the only ones who show available for new patients in the Partnership system. The irony is not lost on me. Decent medical coverage for low income families is a crime in this country.
