I just wanna say all the employees here that work at well space my Sutter, hosptial at building five they’re all amazing every single one of them are amazing. They deserve a bonus. I mean this is a human rights violation, anywhere in the civilized world when you need to see a doctor you simply get up & go. The oppression is beyond belief, y'all need to stand up to this injustice. The call center agents are extremely disrespectful too. They I'll hang up if things don't go the way they want. The lack of value for human life is unacceptable. Like I said stand up. No compromises!!!!
I think they may have a generic "there are 10 more callers ahead of you" audio playing on repeat. When I was assigned to them, I called about 2-3 times and each time I ended up disconnecting after about half an hour. I have been trying to find another care provider with the Partnership health insurance but of course these clowns are the only ones who show available for new patients in the Partnership system. The irony is not lost on me. Decent medical coverage for low income families is a crime in this country.
Called and there like more then 10callers ahead of u this not right way to run business
Very poor management or who so ever is responsible to schedule appointments. I am literally trying to make a hold oh Dr. Mcgee for past several weeks. Long awaited calls to connect. If you request a call back it takes 6-7 hours for a call back. Definitely need to switch. If wellsSpace read it. Work on your scheduling.
