Absolutely lousy and unprofessional. Specially the management. Very rude and impolite. They told one patient in front of several people sitting in waiting area that: you have a low income insurance and we can’t do anything for you. I can’t believe how they talk like that. That was at the 7777 Sunrise Blvd Citrus Heights location. If a manager talks like that what would you expect from other staff? It's terrible, in fact PATHETIC. There always seems to be a communication breakdown between the doctor's and the staff. They make you run in circles. They don't answer calls and don't respond to email either.
I have had 4 different doctors since they moved from Auburn to Rocklin. I have severe psoriasis and do self injections of Enbrel. Dr. Jamie prescribed it in January and I am still waiting to get it!!! I have walked into the office once a week since Jan. telling them to please send the prior authorization I just called the pharmacy and still no word from Well space. My psoriasis is back worse than ever!! I need surgery and am taking pain meds have been for a couple of years. Dr. Chen changed the prescription leaving me a week... read more
