I have suffered from depression and anxiety for years. Jim Simon is by far the best doctor I have seen during this time. Jim not only truly listens, he thoroughly discussed treatment options and carefully monitored my treatment. If you are in need of a therapist, I highly recommend Rhonda York. I had a therapist but she made the decision to no longer accept Medicare. Rhonda picked up where she left off and also identified other issues to be explored. I highly respect and recommend this practice!

Mr. Jim Simon is my doctor. It was refreshing to have someone that actually listens to ME! The office staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond last year to help me when my insurance did not cover my visits! I highly recommend and I am feeling great! In fact, I have switch my 19 year old daughter to see Jim after she was seeing someone else for 3 years. I love Wellsource!
Dr. Simon is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes time to listen to you and he never makes you feel rushed out. The entire office is amazing and works with you with every concern and questions.
After one dr was fired from the practice they gave me another dr. All seemed fine in person. The office staff is lazy and dosent know what they are doing. Asked at EVERY appointment for a reminder email or txt(they schedule them 3 months apart) never got one(I checked) now they won't give me refills and want money for a missed appointment 🤣 There was no attempt to 0 out the fee.
