Mr. Jim Simon is my doctor. It was refreshing to have someone that actually listens to ME! The office staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond last year to help me when my insurance did not cover my visits! I highly recommend and I am feeling great! In fact, I have switch my 19 year old daughter to see Jim after she was seeing someone else for 3 years. I love Wellsource!
I have been suffering with anxiety/depression for many years. I have been being seen by Dr.Jim since 2021. Out of all of the psychiatrists I've had in my 20 years of dealing with these mental health issues, Dr.Jim is by far the best! Dr. Simon is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes time to listen to you and he never makes you feel rushed out. The entire office is amazing and works with you with every concern and questions.
Unfortunately we were not able to meet with the therapist. I made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. I double checked the portal Saturday morning to make sure I had the right time. When we got to the office, the therapist states their system shows the appointment was cancelled on Wednesday and someone else was booked in that time slot. This was an appointment for a teen. PLEASE READ THIS! DO NOT GO HERE OR SEND A LOVED ONE HERE!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with trying to receive help for my ADHD. After about 3 months of working with Bryan Boyle and getting my prescriptions through him, he informed me that he needed to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist so he could “evaluate” me.
