Takes my vision insurance. I’ve had zero problems working through this office and have left pleased a few times now.
The doctor is very nice, however the front desk lady is extremely rude. She ordered my contacts with the wrong prescription and then wanted me to pay for a replacement box with the right prescription. Extremely unprofessional. She needs a class on customer service. I have been coming here for almost 12 years and I’m done! Save your time with all the construction around there and find another optical place to take your business to.

These guys don’t what they’re doing. Requested trial contacts they claimed they ordered them and told me to wait two weeks. I called back 2 weeks later the lady told me I needed to be patient. And was clearly bothered that I even called. Called back a week later was told the same thing. Callled the week after that and was told they were never ordered. Then when I ordered the actual contacts they lied about the price. They told me $120 a box turns out they charged me $180 a box. Never had issues with my prescriptions before h... read more
Dr. Wells is amazing. Every time I come in I feel like I've got 100s of questions and her and her staff are easy to ask and provide quick and knowledgeable answers. Every experience I have had with them from eye appointments, to getting glasses and contacts, and even fixing my glasses if something happens to them her team is polite and ready to help. I wish I found you sooner Dr. Wells!
