Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this dermatologist friendly? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they never postpone my appointment Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Yes, I was scared to say anything

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
