It was easy to get the appointment time but wait time was long. I said I thought I had a blackhead on my face. Without even looking at it (or me), he said, "Who gives a f**ck what you think?" Yes, that is exactly what he said. I was rather shocked by the language and the gratuitous hostility....When he examined it, he declared it to be a basal cell carcinoma, and whipped out the anesthetic needle, preparing to cut it out.
