Jim and his guys did a great job on my house! It's so nice not to have a waterfall on the front and back sides of my house anymore, and the dogs are not getting as muddy with less water going under the back deck. He even came back the next morning to put an extension on that I had wanted near my garden so I was tickled at the quick solution. So happy to have found Jim to do work at our house!! After seeing his reviews online, I gave him a call and was shocked when he said he would come out that very same day to give us an estimate. He took the time to explain what we needed and walked me through everything they would be doing. He takes pride in what he does and it definitely shows with the end results. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling Jim for all of our future home improvement projects and repairs.
I contacted Wells Home Improvements because it claims its #1 in North Carolina in Home Improvements. Well I talked with Jim Wells the owner and he was suppose to give me quote and never did. I called him back and we picked another date to do the quote long story short he never showed up never called and I would not recommend him to anyone in the Wake County Area. Wish I could give more stars!! We love our gutters, the house we moved in to never had any and I was unsure exactly what was needed. I found Wells Improvement on a online yard sale site. What a wonderful find!! Jim was great to work with he was prompt, professional, knowledgable and he also answered my question there were many with patience and in detail.
