Was I pleased and would I recommend Wells Home Improvement and Gutters? No. My experience with this company (Jim Wells) was one of the most worrisome, time consuming, and mentally exhausting experiences I have ever had. Although they did do a good job on installing our gutters and wrapping our chimney with copper flashing, the rest of the job was not (in my opinion) completed in a professional manner and does not look aesthetically pleasing. I am posting this review in hopes that someone who considers hiring Wells Home Improvements and Gutters does not. I did and it was the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. At the time of this review and when work was performed on our home Jim Wells was not a NC licensed contractor. I found out later someone does not have to be licensed if a job is under $30K. My job was $27 (cash), so the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors could not help me. I made a mistake ... Continue Reading
High quality gutter product and a great looking finish with professional and courteous installation. The work on our house was completed in a timely and very satisfactory manner. We definitely recommend Wells Gutters. They clearly know their craft well and deliver to the highest standard.
They did a fantastic job! The guys were professional, efficient, kind, and showed up when they said they would! I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job! Thank you so much!
5 hrs to do an amazing job. Jim and his crew worked straight through with no lunch. If it wasn’t for the fact that there are now gutters on the house, you would never know they were here. Cleaned up the site afterwards and even closed the gate when they left. 😁 I will definitely recommend Wells Home Improvements to anyone needing gutters.
