The review by Victor from five years ago is misleading. There is a full WF branch office at the same address as the mortgage office (I haven't confirmed this but I think the mortgage office might be inside the branch.) I haven't been to the mortgage office but I have always received very good service from the branch.
THIS IS A MORTGAGE OFFICE - it is not a branch office; there is not an ATM, there are no tellers here. Go to Lloyd Center across from the mall for banking services.
