Wow, after being found guilty of setting up fake accounts, fake auto insurance, and fraud, these guys decide to buy my home mortgage. How can we ever trust a company that has done this, let alone one that has largely gotten away with it. I feel like some mafia Don just made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I would rather endure root canal without a local than do business with Wells Fargo.
Took time off work made an hour drive (one way) after making an opponent to get a check endorsement to pay a contractor on tornado damage. Spoke with lady day prior and she said no problem. After getting there same lady says "we don't do that here anymore". Soon as this is done we will be done with W/F. Absolutely a total waist on customer service!

Went to office to ask for information The Receptionist seemed more concerned with getting candy wrapper off of candy sucker. Bad 1st impression and customer service! Hope the entire company is not like that.
