This is definitely not a company that helps its customers. They are about the almighty dollar. Heaven's forbid they should help a six year customer. Sad.
I would just like to thank you folks for deducting my auto loan payment twice in one month, then when I make your requirements to "REQUEST" a refund of MY money after you horribly impacted my finacial situation for the month you tell me "We don't send the money back to your account we will mail you a check after the request is approved in 5 business days." Meaning I will most likely not see the money you "accidently" withdrew from my account for 2 weeks or more. One in the mouth, one in the %$#, with no vasoline. THANKS
I had a flood in my house and a week later my boyfriend was laid off. Unemployment is slow. He's only one month behind on his car payment and you called us and threatened to repo the car. Seriously? You even denied a partial payment. You don't care about communities, just as long as you get your money.
