3 yrs ago I lost a vehicle due to them adding extra charges to my car payments. CIP. or whatever. Adding protection coverage to car payments, most without prior knowledge or consent to do to many people including me. So glad they got slapped with that class action lawsuit. I got my letter about it Saturday. Will be speaking to someone about this further Tuesday. And by counts I more likely get some money back.
They just issued a check for a car that's been paid off for over 5 1/2 years. The check is made out to my parents. My father has been deceased for 5 years. They won't make out a new check even if I send them a death certificate. They suck. No wonder people don't want to deal with them.
eservices does not allow prepayment directly to principal, I have to find a bank branch and specify how much i want of the extra payment to apply toward the balance and not the interest. Made one extra one online and they took most of it toward the interest... who the heck cares about paying off interest with an extra payment. Ripoff
Wellsfargo has once again shown me how awful they are for loans of any kind. I changed my autopay info, on their website, from one bank to another a month ago and this month they try to take the money out of BOTH accounts at the same time. I call in to make sure that they stop doing that as I'm getting hit with overdraft fees on the old account. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER DEALT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND I TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT with them and was on hold for hours
I have had multiple loans and products from Wells Fargo but when Gap insurance paid EVERYTHING but $690 of my loan. Because I assumed that the loan was paid entirely by my insurance and Gap policy, I am now 70 days "late" on a small remaining balance. I have never been late and this is damaging my credit. WFDS rc's bulk payments in November from Progressive and Dec from Gap ins, yet those don't count as payments. I have now had multiple discussions but received no help on this. @WellsFargo @WFDS @justacustomer
