Worst customer service I have ever received!!! CSR's definitely need to go through customer service training. It would also be helpful for the company to have consistent policies and for their representatives to know what they are.
This company is something else, not in a good way. My husband and I had a loan on a vehicle and had it covered "FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE" and they took it upon themselves after having proof of coverage faxed from our insurance company multiple times to insure it through our loan and charge us for more insurance that was not needed. Now I am fighting for a refund. They are trying to say we only had liability coverage. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DESERVE NO STARS !!!
Limited website, poor customer service, excessive hold time, different csr each time with no alleged way of reaching the same person for the same problem.

Don't ever trust WFDS. They do not keep their word. They change from one day to the next. They do not care about the individual. It's all about money. As long as they get what's past due and then sink you in to pay everything if not lose all you have invested and then some!

They really suck will not call me back just to give me my payoff.
