I drove a family member to this location yesterday for a quick notary. My entire family keeps significant funds on deposit with Wells Fargo. My family member was told that the notary was unavailable because she didn’t make an appointment. Imagine her surprise when she asked the teller to pull up her account and… surprise!… they were able to get the document notarized. Easy transition, great people!
Imagine having over a million in a business account and from day one you are unable to Zelle or ACH funds. Imagine then calling and leaving 3 messages and 2 emails to *the bank manager (looking straight at you Anson Allen Jones) that signed you up in person at the very beginning to help rectify this and to NEVER get a call back b/c you know... they already have your business.
