I had a great customer service experience w/ Ciara H. She was knowledgeable and got me what I needed asap. She has actually has be reconsidering reopening my account.
The young gentleman was stretching things at the teller, from handling the drive-thru to helping other clients. Two of us were waiting, and two people at the left corner desks did not come to help. Not a team-player environment. After waiting about almost 10 minutes, another lady comes out from a door to help.
Really bad service from claudia why the problem with other customer is going to affect me she can figure out that she need to have better training
