The Chinese lady that works at the front counter to help customers is soooooooooo slow!!!!! She is so slow helping people at the counter compared to all the other tellers! She talks to the customers way more then necessary and creates huge inefficiency! It's absolutely ridiculous how slow she does her job. I will avoid going to her at all cost almost. Isn't the first time she's helped me and in talking to others in the community who bank there they all say the same thing. So frustrating and unbelievably annoying!
I needed notary services quickly, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. To my relief, I walked in the door and Abigail immediately greeted me. She was able to help me complete my forms with no issues. Thanks for making my stressful morning an ease.
Teller service is usually professional. My favorite branch as I enjoy visiting the WF Advisors team here when I’m in town. Lobby is a bit sparse with the open space. I always feel safe coming to this location. Perhaps it’s because the Anoka County Courthouse and Jail are across the street?
