11:30 AM appointment and they could not honor it. I'm an business owner with about nine accounts here and extremely frustrated. Drove home to grab wallet and wasted a good hour of my day. Setting up a savings account should be something that can be done online and somehow that's not available on Wells Fargo when you're Claiming a interest rate offer. Just another sign that I need to end my business relationship with this company.
