The branch closed temporarily without any notification before I came to the bank for my appointment with banker. I already had confirmation text message.
Always a long wait for service. Access to safe deposit box...need to meet with banker? What for? Bought some Euros for a trip. Fedex said money was delivered and signed for. Teller says it's not in our system. What? That's it? Thanks for being so helpful. Your online product is fine, but anything that requires dealing with a person is crap.
