Drive all the way to Monoco branch to meet and deal with Sheryl. She is amazing, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The most amazing bank personel I have ever worked with.
If I could rate 0 stars, absolute garbage. The workers were rude, disrespectful, UNPROFESSIONAL and not helpful at all. Nobody wanted to help or even do their job right. Worst location I’ve ever been in, very unprofessional. Need all their personnel replaced ASAP. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!
Absolutely worst customer service. I have consistently waited for 20 to 30 minutes just to do a deposit or a withdrawal. It's not that their staff are bad people but that it's horribly mismanaged. The almost always have only 1 teller no matter how big the line is and yet they'll have 5 bankers just hanging out talking. After this next month I'm 100% going to be moving my accounts to another bank.
I spent hours on the phone and had to be transferred through multiple people just to warn wells fargo about a vendor who was attempting to fradulently charge my card. They told me they would block the payment but let it go through anyways and now theyre ignoring any attempt I make to have them refunded the charge and blaming it on Visa Absolute trash customer service
