Walter, I'm really disappointed that my card never came on Wednesday like you said you would expedite it for me. I got an email that said it would be here in 7-10 business days not Wednesday. I need gas and I get that at Sam's Club with the app that i can't input my card info in yet. I managed to get the code for the Google pay wallet but it's not compatible with any of my current ways of paying for my stuff except for my phone games which is absolutely unacceptable. Wells Fargo customer service overall is a mess but Walter at this location was extremely professional and helpful. He was the only person able to resolve my issue with my Wells Fargo credit card after multiple calls to customer service and a visit to another branch location. So I just wanted to give a shoutout to Walter for being so helpful and patient addressing the issue with my credit card.
never in my life while I go back to this location had me wait 45 minutes for a teller and I ended up just leaving and going to a different bank
