Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the banker has no experience she didn’t apply my $400 bonus offer she didn’t give me any paperwork regarding my new account I will never be back to this branch again
Completely understaffed. Waited in line for 30 min.
Came here to deposit money at the atm and neither the drive through or the machine in the lobby allow you to deposit cash. What??
This is a terrible branch, I stopped by as I thought it was on my way, it took a hour just to make a deposit, quite a few staff available but none of them could work as tellers, only one teller at the counter, I would never use this one again.
I know I'm the right man 😝
