Wells Fargo customer service overall is a mess but Walter at this location was extremely professional and helpful. He was the only person able to resolve my issue with my Wells Fargo credit card after multiple calls to customer service and a visit to another branch location. So I just wanted to give a shoutout to Walter for being so helpful and patient addressing the issue with my credit card.
never in my life while I go back to this location had me wait 45 minutes for a teller and I ended up just leaving and going to a different bank
Worse place ,they can not help customer who need emergencies issue .look like hospital not a bank all teller is booked .manegment not professional. They don't have plan B in case if costumer need argent care.
The employees working here at this location are very nice & knowledgeable.
