Never have enough tellers. Always takes 15 minutes to deposit a check.
Absolutely horrible customer experience. Time after time this bank does nothing but prove how little they care about their members. A nice smile and a friendly conversation only goes so far when they turn a blind eye to their members distress. Seems like they go out of their way to remind us how little they care, how unimportant their members are to them.
Went to this Wells Fargo branch yesterday and was 100% satisfied with the service provided by Miguel G. He was professional, polite, attentive, and was able to get my loan approved by the end of the day! He even explained other financial tips to help me in the future. I highly recommend sitting down with Miguel if you are looking for service that exceeds your expectations! I appreciate the dedication and the sense of humor! All around, exceptional assistance!
