Sheryl is AWFUL. Seriously, she needs to do something else other than working at a bank. She doesn’t know how to give change back, seems flustered and angry any time I’ve had to drop off deposits and is just flat out rude. One of the times she refused to give me change back and the teller next to her had to tell her it was okay to do after overhearing our interaction (thank you to whoever that was!), then Sheryl got major attitude afterwards. Thank you for reminding me why I left Wells Fargo over a decade ago. The staff is incredibly rude and short with you.
I had the worst experience here. My Monday started out great, I was signing a lease for my new home and paying my deposit. The only thing I needed was a paper about my pup to give to my landlord. I rushed to the bank to deposit $3,000 and asked the teller if she would print this 1 page doc for me. She said they normally don't do that, but she would ask. Been waiting an hour and a half for a banker (yes I checked in for appt) this is BS. They need more qualified people and better customer service.
