Usually I always have pleasant interactions with the staff here but Lilly gave me a lot of attitude in telling me that my damaged currency wouldn't be accepted and I had to be persistent in order for her to get me resources to recover my money.

Been with Wells Fargo over 20 years and for what? This branch is useless — no one knows how to handle wire transfers, setting up a fob is a nightmare, and the ATMs are always down (3 machines, none working - for months, if not years). No drive-thru open ever as well. As a small business owner, this is BEYOND frustrating. Get it together.
