I visited the Glendale branch today, which has been my bank for 27 years. I've always received excellent service, until today. I was making a deposit, but mainly came in to check on a promised reward, that I did not receive, for signing up for their active cash card. I had a great experience with Soumit Mondal at Wells Fargo. He helped me open both my debit and credit card accounts, and the entire process was quick and smooth. He was very professional, respectful, and explained everything clearly. This was my first experience with Wells Fargo, and it was a very positive one thanks to his excellent customer service. I highly recommend him!
Do yourself a favor and bank with Chase or any other reputable institution such as Bank of Colorado. We waited in line for thirty minutes and received unfavorable treatment during that time where other people cut in front of us. Three bankers doing nothing and watch us instead of helping us. We needed to access our security deposit box, but since that isn’t a transaction that gives them commission, they made sure we suffered.
