Both Juancarlos and Cody are amazing! I have been a loyal customer since 1991, and my past Friday visit only solidified my decision to stay. I had to wire the money to the title company before Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately there is $100000 limit on line wire request. I rushed to the branch office on A street without an appointment. Cody was so nice and helpful to jump up and down to find a banker for me on very busy Friday which is almost impossible. This branch is customer no service. I try to avoid this branch altogether. Often only 1 teller. Even on a Friday. When I brought it to the attention of the branch manager, she could care less. They cut the hours after Covid and never brought back the 6:00 close. The atm s are few and far between. They don’t read checks accurately. The overall Hayward branch experience is negative. Save yourself frustration skip this branch.
