i’ve been a member here since 1978, through the years i’ve went through a lot of presidents, Heather sticks out by far. she is amazing, she helps me out all the time and everything is always smooth. she always comes up to me and makes me very comfortable, i feel like family when i’m in there. she watches out for me and takes care of my money and where it should be. very friendly to my family, i highly recommend her to anyone that goes here. This was the only ATM I used my new card to take out money to put into my WF account. The next day that card had $250 missing from it. Now that I think of it there was a lady that came by, I assumed she was a customer waiting. Perhaps have a guard standby to make sure scammers are stealing from your customers. As stated in the email that I’ve been a customer since 2017 & since there’s NO solution to this problem I’ll be changing banks and closing my account soon.
A huge THANK YOU to Heather who went above and beyond to help me with my business account that was closed recently due to loss prevention. I was treated with the utmost professionalism and patience as I walked in very frustrated. She immediately took my case seriously and began making calls to see what we needed to do to make sure my business account could be up and running again.
