I brought a legal document to allow me to withdraw funds. The banker wouldn't let me withdraw funds based on she didn't know process and tell me 30 days. I find out she was wrong and called i got attitude no apology. I asked to speak with manager Ms Law. I was told she was on call. I called to ask to speak with her again.
