Very friendly
My brother wrote me a check. I went into this branch to cash the check and they charged me $10, in order to give me money from my brother‘s account. They then tried to sell me on having an account at Wells Fargo! Never!! It’s going to be hard to get good customers when you treat your potential customers like this. Junk fees are a huge turn off!
Im very dissatisfied with the services i received. I scheduled a appointment online with a banker amd when i arrived she wasn't even in for the day. Apparently she is the only one that knows how to handle business accounts. Once here someone else helped me and had no clue what they were looking for or understand the documents i provided. I wasn't my time getting a Uber ride back and forth to this bank.
