Extremely slow and they're not great. They also have a tendency to invalidate your checks and refuse deposits as well beyond the waiting 30+ minutes (without explaining) or due to some inherent bias of the staff If anything this and various other reasons are why it's best to just avoid Wells Fargo entirely
If you don’t have an appointment- Good Luck! The customer service people are nice but why do you need an appointment to talk about your money?
Today Tuesday 03/11/2025 my wife and I came to this branch to look for a cashier’s check and although our expectations of attention were very low due to the previous comments, we were able to find a very attentive and bilingual staff (Spanish-English) for both bankers and cashiers our experience was very pleasant especially the attention of Alfredo Camargo.
Been a customer since opened, treated like a newbie. My account been hacked over a week now and guy that controls pad tells me call number on back of card, they already know about it won’t do nothing , very angry customer, they don't protect your money. Very angry and will be taking all my accounts out soon, worst bank ever delt with i would not recommend this place to no one
