Melissa offered terrible customer service. More like offered no customer service at all. She stated that she had other clients and would not have time for me and my family, who drove in from out of town on a Saturday and showed up more than 30 minutes before close. I needed 5 minutes of her time. Terrible customer service. Worst experience I have ever had with a banker. Shame on you Melissa. I hope there is repercussions and I will also be filing a complaint with Wells Fargo directly.
Took my mom here to open a new account. It was easy and easy out. Great service!
Staff was polite, but drive thru is closed, and everyone has to go inside for service. Hope they reopen drive thru soon.
