I’ve run into problems with every bank I’ve used but that’s not surprising considering they hold my money and act like it’s a favor to me. The issues I’ve had with Wells Fargo are as follows. The worst service
I wouldn't recommend coming to this location at open. I am currently waiting for more than 25 mins past open and still waiting
Wells Fargo is the worst bank to deal with. They make banking so complicated for my 85 year old grandpa. He recently had fraud on his account and they did little to nothing to help. Do yourself a favor and open an account anywhere BUT wells fargo
9 people working at the counter and no one was doing anything except sitting their clucking like chickens but there's only one banker who has an appointment coming in in 15 minutes so they can't be bothered to help me.... Seems like you guys should consider having more than one banker and less then 10 tellers. Can't close my account after driving down here for 40 minutes, just to be told to do it over the phone.
