I needed to open a business bank account with Wells Fargo. I even made sure to call ahead of time and asked what I needed to bring in. They had told me I only need my EIN and proof of registration/proof of good standing. I show up for my appointment on time and everything and I get told that they need proof of address. I wish they had of told me that when I called because I didn’t bring it with me. I left the appointment with no business account. Great customer service. Never enough tellers and always a wait. They got 10 people deep standing in line with two tellers and a banker/manager available in lobby.
Average 20-25 minute wait time to get to the counter. Staff is friendly but extremely slow. More people talking on phones than helping customers.
Visited here for the first time, Noemi was super helpful and friendly to everyone and was super efficient. Big thank you to her!
