This branch has been poorly run for several years now. I keep hoping that it will get new management or change somehow, but that has not happened yet. Today, I had an appt scheduled for 4 pm. I came in and sat down. People walked by me several times without acknowledging my existence. The manager finally said hello after 15 minutes. One particular employee was very brief, rude, and distasteful. She did not promote any form of better understanding of what l was looking to know and her condescending tone was enough to make me want to change branches entirely. In my opinion she should be let go or informed in better customer service .
I understand that it is coronavirus, but I have been to two Wells Fargo banks trying to pick up a temporary debit card. I walk into the bank, told them what I needed and they asked me to have a seat in the red chair. Relieved I was going to finally get a debit card I took my seat. Only for the man working to come up and tell me he could not fulfill my request today! He said I could drive to another location but he could not do it! Went for the first time and had a great experience. I went through the drive thru and was met with professionalism and great customer service. If you go inside, ask for Quin. She was wonderful.
