Ms. McKinney customer service is horrible. Needs to be understanding and professional. Wish I could rate lower than a 1.

I usually go to a location closer to my house but was in the area and stopped by this one. I usually avoid going inside banks in general at all costs due to the rude employees that never seem to care. These people blew me away and set the new standard. I needed to make some changes to my account and they went above and beyond. I will definitely be driving the extra distance to this one the next time I need anything. 5 Stars.
