The attitude of the women that work in there is horrible. I was trying to open and account and she acted like i was bothering her to do her job. You would think if you was trying to give them your business they would be nicer. So I went to Region instead and they open me an account with a smile. Maybe is the company who makes the employees unhappy.
I always dread going to the ATM at this location. I reported the bad smell from the garbage can several times, but it's never been moved. No customer should have to deal with bad smells and flies in their face when trying to do transactions at an ATM. Other than that, the bank tellers are really nice and happily assist me every time.
every single time I go into this branch, the people there are unbelievably rude! Srijana has gotten an attitude with me twice and the level of customer service I receive at this branch is awful. I have been told to "stop talking" twice and have been talked down every time I have gone in this location since opening my account. I will NEVER go in this branch again and will make the trip down to any other branch besides this one.
