I work for a company that banks here as an accountant. Every time I go to the bank to do anything, there are complications. I don't have a bank account with Wells Fargo because of their terrible customer service, their random and abundant fees, their To Big To Give A Crap About You attitude, there are multitudes of people walking around doing nothing while people wait to be served, and the fact they their employees really don't know the company's policies!
