I have been a customer for many years at WF and this bullshit with a code sent to a phone I can not receive it on just to check my accounts so see that my pension payments arrive properly and no one else is accessing them is really OUTRAGEOUS!!! I DO NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT!! I SEE WHY MANY PEOPLE ARE MOVING THEIR ACCOUNTS AND I AM CONSIDERING MOVING MY 3 PENSIONS ELSEWHERE WHERE I DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON MY PHONE GETTING CODES!!!

the lines are insanely long and the ppl that work here are very rude. Tried to get into contact with someone from corporate and it's not even possible lol!! if you want to send an email to them they require you to make a wells fargo account. Im only in here today to cash a check. Worst experience ever!!

My mother, who is 84, suffering from Dementia and retired from Wells Fargo Bank, has been treated HORRIBLY by the 2 different Wells Fargo banks. Yesterday she was basically discriminated against for not being able to hear and they refused to let my sister help. The bank staff told her to her face that if she cannot hear they will not help!!! You guys customer service don’t really help and y’all system is really bad I have been fighting over a check that I deposited on Monday and I have prove that the check was paid already but still the system manage to said is not , you gouts play with peoples money
