I have been a customer for many years at WF and this bullshit with a code sent to a phone I can not receive it on just to check my accounts so see that my pension payments arrive properly and no one else is accessing them is really OUTRAGEOUS!!! I DO NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT!! I SEE WHY MANY PEOPLE ARE MOVING THEIR ACCOUNTS AND I AM CONSIDERING MOVING MY 3 PENSIONS ELSEWHERE WHERE I DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND MONEY ON MY PHONE GETTING CODES!!!
Wells Fargo idea of Disaster relief .... You don't have to pay for 90 days no late fee, no credit reporting.... great right .....EXCEPT on day 91 all payments are DUE AND PAYABLE with no guarantee of any further relief. So go ahead take their "relief" and fix your house and when the 90 days is done and you have spent your money to fix your house guess who will be knocking on your door.

I hate this wells fargo i swear every time i come to the ATm its not working or not taking deposits, now im in the drive thru and its taking 20+ to deposit a check, if you go inside same thing these people take forever. Very very poor services at this location!
My mother, who is 84, suffering from Dementia and retired from Wells Fargo Bank, has been treated HORRIBLY by the 2 different Wells Fargo banks. Yesterday she was basically discriminated against for not being able to hear and they refused to let my sister help. The bank staff told her to her face that if she cannot hear they will not help!!!
