Terrible service slow. I think commercial lines should be drop off only. You need change for a small business go inside an call it in. Unbelievable. This person has hit the button 4x . We'er just doing a company deposit n been here over 30min. An still have another car ahead of us. I get better service at the Wells Fargo off 59&Collingsworth.(off Jensen) I should of stopped on the way home yesterday. SMH.

Ridiculous! Came to take out money thru the drive thru teller. Take forever been here more than 30 min. Now we cant even make money orders thru drive thru already been here a whole while now i cant get services outside?! Bunch of bs .
Can Someone @wellsfargo tell me why you hold a Vanguard Money Market Check for over 2 weeks? Vanguard is the largest Money Market Fund in the World. Why do you need the float on 6k for two weeks. Every day Wells is getting slammed by the press for really shotty Biz Practices-- Is any one running this place?
Applied for a Wells Fargo CC several months ago with the promotion that if you spend over $1000 in the first 30 days you will get back $200. This I did and have found it impossible to receive the promised $200. Near impossible to get on the phone and everytime I do I get a run around.
I hate this wells fargo i swear every time i come to the ATm its not working or not taking deposits, now im in the drive thru and its taking 20+ to deposit a check, if you go inside same thing these people take forever. Very very poor services at this location!
The bank on tidwell is the worse!!! Every time I go there's a line of at least 20 people and only 2 working the walk up window. 2 employees keep walking by staring at everybody and won't help.
