I was able to swap $200 into Euro before my Italy trip. It took a few days, but the exchange rate was competitive, and it was close to my house. I will do it again if I ever plan to travel abroad. Very smooth and good experience.
Said they could cash a bond, wrote all over it, told me they can't, tried to take half to open an account. Seriously? Anything to get my money. This is insane
Now I see why this branch has low ratings. Karmel refused to assist me. I wanted a replacement credit card. He wanted me to do it myself. He started the process and then stopped. He wanted me to go to my app. And do it myself. He is lazy. I walked out after telling him that I could have done it myself. But he had already started.

Don't bother calling them; they won't answer. Customer service is horrible
