Fraudulently opened a new credit card account in my name.
if i could give this bank a 0 starts i would! they treated me like a criminal !! i went to open an account for savings and they didnt open it because my visa was expired. they made me get a consular id, which i didnt know existed and apperantly they thought i was stupid because i dont know what it was for! sorry!! that id does not work for anything else but to say im in the states!!! google it!! so i went, spent $30 dollars to get an id, and today coral and her branch manager make me feel like i was a criminal!!! saying i wa... read more

They are not honest. They are not trustworthy no.integrity at all.
Worst experience ever with trying to get home loan... 2 weeks wasted due to loan advisor ****** ********* didnt know requirements for the loan he offered. Local credit union should have been my first stop. Only called since they currently have my current mortgage. Wi never use wells Fargo again.( also have 700$ I know have to wait 2-4 weeks to get back
Wells Fargo changed my insurance without my knowledge and raised my mortgage $173 dollars a month a it took 6 months to get the insurance changed back. I paid 173 extra for 6 months!!! And never got reimbursed.
I prefer to not write reviews, but I am beyond over working with Wells Fargo. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Our loan was sold to them by our initial loan company in September 2019. In October, we received our first statement, but the amount owed was different (less) than what the initial loan company had told us to pay in order to account for the difference in taxes between an unimproved lot in 2019 and improved lot in 2020. I did business with Wells Fargo Bank because that is who my sister had an account when she was alive. My sister died suddenly and I continued as her P.O.A. and Administrator of her Estate, which was not much.
