They don't have a clue what they are talking about. Was told I had to add my wife to my account to deposit check, went to a different Wells Fargo & deposited no problem. The manager Michael wouldn't even come over to talk to my wife when she went in to complain. The other location apologized & said they actually receive a lot of complaints about the knowledge & customer service from this Precinct location. Corporate should invest in retraining their employees there because they don't even tell you correct info.
