I’m beyond frustrated with Wells Fargo. On Monday at 10:30am at the Pacific Highlands Ranch branch, I initiated a wire transfer for $1,200,000 that was being held in trust for the benefit of a client who needed the money ASAP. A couple hours later I got a call saying they had “technical difficulties” and the transfer didn’t go through. This delayed a critical transaction and created completely unnecessary stress. I really dislike coming this location. There is always only one cashier available no matter what time of the day you come. It takes for ever to complete a transaction….
