3/26/25- Went in to do a wire for my home closing and was told they couldn’t do it because they need 3 approvers. There was 3 employees there but they refused to help. Teller was dismissive and said well you can go to Wallingford it’s only 7 minutes away(it was 15 min away), we asked if she could call to confirm they had enough employees to do the wire but she would not. Will be closing accounts and moving over to a different bank.
As an account holder at a Wells Fargo, I had the pleasure of working with Adam M. In North Haven on two separate occasions in the last week. He was extremely helpful, polite, professional and resolved my problems immediately. I am very impressed with his customer service skills and his ability to navigate the Wells Fargo system to resolve some significant issues.
The staff there are very professional and I appreciate the respect and support especially from Ms Amy MANAGER
I have used Wells Fargo back for years. North Haven branch has the worst parking and confusing entrances and exits. Very unsafe
nice location, right off washington ave shopping strip. easy to get in and out of lot from side street. there's an atm outside, none inside. the only negative i have ever had. they have a drive-thru. i've maybe used once or twice that i can think of. for the most part i'm just there for atm. inside the staff is friendly and professional. there's plenty parking, the lot feels safe.
