Lorraine and Jose were extremely helpful and made the process of closing my deceased father's account easy and stress free. perfect branch, perfect customer service.many thanks especially to Jose, the branch manager. he is a true professional and knows his job very well. I live in Santee, Wells Fargo is 5 minutes from me but I always prefer to drive 15 minutes to this branch.
Went to the Navajo Rd location on the 12th of July around 12:50 pm. Upon parking in Wells Fargo visitor parking, I was accosted by one of the customers of the bank who had been changing his clothes on the side lot in his truck prior, asking if I was a customer, then proceeded to take a picture of my car when I told him I’m a visitor to the bank yes, and then follows me to ups and takes pics of me as I drop off a package so I don’t have to hold it, and then takes pics as I come out to go into the Wells Fargo. Didn’t go to the inside of the branch only used the ATM. I found parking right in the front despite the fact that Starbucks was so busy hehe so many cars trying to go into Starbucks’s. I was glad they offered $50 bills since I needed $70. I didn’t have to in the branch. I got a one $50 bill and one $20.
