Estuve esperando media a hora para abrir una cuenta de banco y me dijeron que no lo podían hacer porque ya iban a cerrar el banco. Esta es la tercera vez que hacen algo asi, y es solo esta sucursal. Nunca he tenido malas experiencias en otros bancos, solo en este. Y parece que al personal no le importa. La compañía debería poner más atención a este tipo de situaciones.

I stopped at this branch at 430pm there were 2 bankers attending at sat in the chair to wait my turn I was waiting for more than 30 min untill a lady finally came and asked me if I needed help, I told her yes I've been sitting for 30 min waiting all she said was I'm sorry but we are closed, I'm told her I've been sitting here for more than 30 min and she refused to attend me
