Damm I went to try to open a Bank Account but nobody spoke English. I took out my phone to translate, told them my name is Jorge and would like to open a Bank account. They responded into my phone translator , "Your Name is Jorge and you don't speak Spanish?" After I read the translation I looked at them and told them , " Your Are working in the USA and can't speak English?" After that I just walked out but this interaction ruined my day so wanted to warn all English Speakers to stay away from this bank.
As stated by other customers, this branch is a joke. No apologies, no empathy, no respect , no help solving major problems that are blocking a solid and meaningful relationship with WF. I’m having a problem with their Express Send online service. They are forcing me to buy a US phone plan that will accept SMS for ID verification security. I already pay for 2 phone services, but that’s not good enough for them. They won’t verify using EM, or calling them giving them my name, account number, SS # , my pin # , Why? I went to this branch with the request of adding my wife to my bank account. I am American with residences in both the US and Mexico, but my wife is a Mexican national. My wife does not have a tourist visa, and we do not want to emigrate so she cannot qualify for a residence visa, so our situation is complicated. I was told at the branch, by the branch manager, that I could not add her, "because it's our policy."
