Great job wellfargo
Customer service didn’t meet my expectations. the young tall personal banker whose desk is closest to the teller was walking around doing nothing and obviously using his cell phone under his desk while I came with a minor question and had to wait 30 minutes with zero customers around. While None of the bankers had clients. Everyone is so relaxed and doing everything but not helping clients:( I think the senior management should be aware and should closely monitor their employees.
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for two years and need to make wire transfers every month. Every single month, I go to the bank in person to complete the transfer. I have repeatedly requested to increase my online wire transfer limit, but incredibly, this issue has never been resolved. This level of inefficiency is exactly why traditional banks are losing ground — and going bankrupt — while online banks are gaining more and more space in the market. I have my discover cards account on automatic payment with Wells Fargo WF bill pay service. I saw a $50.00 charge on my statement. I called Discover “the first time” ! Was told they hadn’t been paid. I called WF was told it’s Discovers fault they never bill WF! I called Discover “the third time” they said “nice try WF “ you obviously were billed Because you paid the correct amount 0nly 5 days later than the due date.
