My dad was dieing and losing his mind my brother took advantage and drained my dads account for 20,000( which was for sister a single mom of two) Wells,fargo blamed my dad and would not recoup any of the loss,funds. Or even gives us a affidavit to take to the police. ( That would admit to a mistake on their part) worse bank ever.
Iam very mad and dissatisfied, I Will close my account. Last Saturday I withdraw $3400 clerk gave me a $100 Bill one corner torn . They don't want to change it cause they say there is no prove. I have my account in good standing for several years
Customer service is great, but they are directly funding the Dakota Access Pipeline. I had to close my account.
