COUNT THE MONEY! When the branch manager "accidentally" kept $100 .. Then plays dumb when confronted by what was obviously obvious... Id say its time for some major changes. The only staff member that kept a proper customer service attitude and also the kindest security guard that should have been promoted.. both have been let go. If it wasn't directly across the street, there is no way I would continue banking hear. The arrogance of the staff now... the bank is being humiliated
I've been here a couple times and they've always been helpful. Today I had a business account issue and Mario was great about helping me get it sorted out.
One of the best Wells Fargo's I've ever been to they were extremely helpful had to make an appointment the first time the second time they saw me with no problem had to wait in line but it's a small Bank but they were very helpful and accommodating the second time I went there the fraud department found out some very interesting things in my account the young fellow that was doing the work didn't quite realize how interesting they were but that's okay I realized it and I still do and that's how they've been stealing money ou... read more
