I had my elderly father in the car. He was enroute to an emergency doctors appointment. The bank teller took way too much time to simply make a cash deposit. She was unapologetic and totally unconcerned and took other transactions before me even though they arrived much later. The teller could see the terrible condition my elderly father was in & made no attempts to make the deposit in a timely manner. Please upgrade the service at this bank. They used to be excellent.
If I could rate negative 5, I would. This is not my bank thank God. Nobody wants to work here. This is the rudest bank I ever been in. Plus I would never do any personal business here because they have cubicals set up with loan officers asking personal questions to customers. Where those are located, EVERYONE in the place can here it. They act like everyone is a criminal. How is this bank still open???
I just have one question Wells Fargo I went in as an 18 yr old in Alabama to open a checking and saving acc without my mom on the acc they denied me? They told me I have to be 19 to open it without a parent signature. I have a really good adult friend of mine who was helping me and telling me I could do so and was also showing me on their own website that I could legally open it without an adult but yet I still got denied permission to make my own acc and not to mention u don’t start paying fees on it till ur 25 so can u plz... read more
