I recently visited this Wells Fargo branch to resolve an issue with a name change on my account , something that another branch was unable to fix. I’m very thankful for Ahmed, who assisted me during my visit. Despite being a new employee, he handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved, and I truly appreciate his efforts. He’s definitely a great addition to the Wells Fargo team. Excellent customer service!
Hannah at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This is my favorite location because they are always great to work with and in a convenient location.
