Great customer service at Wells Fargo! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and even spoke both English and Spanish, which made things so much easier. They helped me open my bank account quickly and with no hassle. Highly recommended!
La mayor falta de respeto a los servicios bancarios la representa ese banco. En Noviembre 26, 2024, aprovechando mi necesidad de abrir una cuenta de cheques con deposito directo y que este banco tenia la promocion de que cualquiera que abriera una cuenta de deposito directo, el banco le depositaba $300 dolares, fui a esta sucursal, donde me atendio el Sr Wilfredo A. Absolutely horrible customer service as they kicked my husband out of the bank mid-deposit because they are “closing” even though he arrived 20 minutes prior to the closing hour. No other bank location has ever treated us with such disrespect, as most understand that due clients’ working hours and scheduling limitations, arriving at 4:45 may be the only option. Never doing business at this location again.
