I deposited $300 into the ATM on Harbison Blvd. in Columbia, SC, on July 11. The machine said it didn’t recognize the cash I inserted, and when it attempted to return my deposit so I could try again, the ATM jammed. As a result, I never got my money back, and it was never deposited into my account. Now I’m out $300 with a bill coming due. I was at this location (4/3/24@1237pm) getting change for a business, the young ladies that were working were wonderful! Especially the young lady who was helping me. (Donnie?) She was very patient with me and my needs and got me in and out with little wait time. Absolutely will do business with this location again!
Absolutely the worst bank ever. Extremely unprofessional and rude drive through workers. Do not go here. Switching banks because how rudely I was treated
