Horrible customer service
What a waste of time. There's no sign in sheet anymore if you want to speak with an agent, just a guy who says he'll be right with you, and keeps you and others waiting blindly for what feels like forever. After seeing another guy that was there before me leave out of frustration, I soon followed. Only when I went to leave did the Wells Fargo agent try to get my attention. I simply ignored him as I was ignored, and left. I'll open an account with another bank. Terrible customer service!
I have been a client of this bank for more than 10 years. and I never thought I would feel so bad with the bad customer service they gave me today. Incredible that the person who was in charge of the appointments there asked the lady who was taking care of us to get us up to attend to someone more important than us. She came to the table in the middle of my process to interrupt 2 times. And the most incredible thing was that he made signs behind my back to get me up from my chair. unbelievable how bad i felt.
